Hexagon reduces cycle time for bladed disc measurement with a ready-to-manufacture solution

By bringing together the Leitz Reference CMM, the HP-O non-contact laser interferometric sensor, and specialized bladed rotor measurement software into an all-in-one solution, Hexagon enables manufacturers to dramatically reduce development and execution time of bladed disc measurements.

Bladed discs have complex geometries which make their control difficult and laborious. The Leitz Reference HP HTA solution combines with the HP-O non-contact interferometric laser sensor and bladed rotor measurement software designed by Hexagon, to provide accurate inspection data with the best speed and flexibility on the market. Hexagon bladed rotor measurement software uses a series of parametric techniques, automated path creation functions to measure airfoils and avoid collisions, reducing the time to create measurement routines by up to 70% , also facilitating the execution of measures.
