Guhring Joins the GTMA

As part of its ongoing strategy to work ever closer with UK engineers, cutting tool manufacturer Guhring UK has now joined the GTMA trade association. Guhring will utilise its trade association membership and its numerous benefits such as networking, marketing and event platforms to enhance its brand among UK manufacturers. The membership is timely with Guhring opting to participate in the GTMA’s Manufacturing Solutions Ireland conference.

The event that is co-hosted by the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and the GTMA and will take place at the Moylish Park venue, home to the impressive LIT Faculty of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology on Wednesday 12th June.

With the show growing by 25% in 2018 with more than 100 exhibitors participating, Guhring is relishing the prospect in attending the ever growing event. Commenting upon joining the GTMA and its participation in the Manufacturing Solutions Ireland conference event, Guhring UK’s Marketing Manager, Lisa Bigge says: “Since moving to our new facility a couple of years ago, Guhring has the stocking facility and manufacturing capability to service the extremely diverse demands of manufacturers in the UK and Ireland. We are now stocking over £5m of standard product lines that range from end mills, drills, reamers and threading products.”
